Accessibility Statement

WIIL is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim for partial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. "Partial conformance" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working toward full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

This statement applies to the wiil.io website. It does not cover third-party content embedded on the site or external services that we link to.

Technical Approach

We rely on the following technologies for accessibility on this website:

  • HTML5 with semantic markup
  • CSS with sufficient color contrast ratios
  • JavaScript for interactive components (with keyboard and screen reader support)
  • WAI-ARIA attributes where applicable

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Embedded widget: The WIIL AI chat widget on this site is provided by a third-party script and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our team to improve widget accessibility.
  • Complex data tables: Some tables in the privacy policy and terms pages may be difficult to navigate with screen readers. We plan to improve these with enhanced ARIA markup.
  • Animated elements: Certain animations may not respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting in all browsers.

We are actively addressing these issues. If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please contact us.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of wiil.io. If you experience barriers, need information in an alternative format, or require assistance, please contact us:

General contact: wiil.io/contact

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

Formal Enforcement

European Union (European Accessibility Act): If you are located in the EU and are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may contact the relevant national supervisory authority responsible for enforcing the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) in your country.

United States (ADA): If you are located in the United States and have concerns about digital accessibility, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division at ada.gov.

Assessment Approach

WIIL assesses the accessibility of this website through self-evaluation. We periodically review pages against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria and test with keyboard navigation and screen reader tools. We plan to engage external accessibility auditors as the platform grows.
