Privacy Rights
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Do We Sell Personal Information?
WIIL does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. However, under the broad definitions of the CCPA/CPRA, certain data disclosures to advertising or analytics partners — such as sharing identifiers or usage data with ad networks — may constitute "selling" or "sharing" of personal information.
What May Be Shared
When you visit wiil.io, the following categories of data may be disclosed to analytics or advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising:
- Identifiers (e.g., IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers)
- Internet or electronic network activity (e.g., pages visited, time on site)
- Inferences about your interests or preferences
How to Opt Out
California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information at any time using one of the following methods:
Email Request
Send an email to privacy@wiil.io with the subject line "Opt Out — Do Not Sell or Share" and include your name and the email address associated with your account (if applicable). We will process your request within 15 business days.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No additional action is required.
Cookie Preferences
You can decline non-essential cookies by selecting "Decline" in the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit. This prevents analytics and advertising cookies from being set.
Additional California Privacy Rights
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Access and receive a copy of your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
To exercise any of these rights, visit our Privacy Policy or contact us at privacy@wiil.io.
Response Timeline
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 calendar days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for the delay, up to a maximum of 90 days total.
