Straight answers, before you start.
Can the front desk book walk-ins and calls?
Yes. Staff book appointments from the WIIL order terminal with the same services, stylist hours and prices the agent uses, and take payment at the desk.
I work on my own. Does WIIL still work?
Yes. A one-person business can take bookings without setting up any staff. Open times come from your business hours and existing bookings, and you can add staff later.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes. A service can require a fixed deposit or a percentage of its price, and the booking waits to be confirmed until the deposit is recorded. Payment links collect the full appointment price, and WIIL adds no tip.
What about late cancellations and no-shows?
Set a notice window and a fee as a percentage of the booked price. A late cancellation or no-show assesses the fee, and an unpaid fee can be collected by payment link. Cancelling from your side never charges the client.
Does WIIL send appointment reminders?
Yes, once you turn them on. Choose email, SMS or a phone call and how far ahead each goes out. Only confirmed upcoming appointments get them.
What if a customer wants a person?
Human handoff is on every plan. You decide when WIIL brings someone in, and that person gets a summary and the latest messages, so the customer never repeats themselves. Higher plans can route conversations to named staff.
