  • Free account · 3,000 credits
  • No staff setup needed
  • Payments built in
Sample order terminal in counter mode for a pottery studio: products with sizes and one sold-out item, and a pickup ticket for two 12 oz mugs and a bud vase totalling $84.24, ready to place, park or pay.
Your starter kit

Three parts. One catalog.

Add what you sell once. Your agent, your order terminal and your website all take orders and bookings from it.

01 · AI agent

An agent that books and sells.

Your agent works from your catalog, so every answer, price and open time is yours.

  • Answers your phone and your website. Keep your number or get a new one.
  • Books appointments, places orders and answers questions from your catalog.
  • Speaks 90+ languages, switching to each customer's language.

Human handoff on every plan.

Sample phone call: a caller asks for a Saturday morning brow appointment, the AI agent offers two times with the price and length, and books a shape and tint for Saturday at 10:30.

02 · Order terminal

Ring up every sale at the counter.

The order processing terminal works from the same catalog as your agent and your website.

  • Menu orders, product orders and service bookings, at the counter.
  • Split a bill, then pay by card, cash or payment link.
  • Manage membership plans, members and recurring billing.
Sample order terminal in counter mode for a brow studio: services with durations, and a booking for a 45-minute shape and tint with Ana today at 3:15 pm, totalling $54.00, ready to book, park or pay.
Sample membership screen for a yoga studio: 38 active members, 5 new this month, 2 past due, 1 frozen and 3 requests waiting. A quick peek at one member shows an unlimited monthly plan at $89 a month, next bill November 14, nothing owed, a visit today and 1 of 2 guest passes left.

03 · Website

A website that takes orders.

No website yet? Your agent builds one from your catalog, with chat built in.

  • Make your website in 5 easy steps, with Help Me Write for your story.
  • Menu, prices and hours fill in from your catalog.
  • A free address like yourbusiness.wiil.site. Publish when you’re ready.
Sample website editor for a home bakery. Four of five steps are done: look and colours, story, logo and cover photo, and the chat helper. The live preview shows the site at marigold-bakes.wiil.site with the menu, pickup details and a chat helper taking an order, ready to put online.

Grow without switching

Add staff when you hire, not before.

The account you start on is the one you grow on. Your catalog, customers and history stay where they are.

  • Add staff

Give each person their services, working hours, time off and calendar. Bookings then follow each person’s hours.

  • Add catalogs

Start with one and add more of the 8 catalog types as you grow, from memberships to rentals.

  • Add locations

Each location keeps its own prices, staff, hours and menus, within your plan’s location allowance.

  • Connect your point of sale

Already using another system? Connect it later and keep it as the source of truth for a catalog.

Questions

Straight answers, before you start.

Do I need a website first?

No. WIIL builds one from your catalog in 5 easy steps: pick a look, add your story, logo and cover photo, choose what the chat helper reads, then put it online at a free address like yourbusiness.wiil.site.

Do I need staff?

No. Bookings run against your own business hours and existing bookings, with the same double-booking checks. When you hire, add staff with their services, hours and calendars.

Can I take payments from day one?

Yes, once your payment account is ready. Use one WIIL sets up for you with Stripe or Paystack, or connect your own Stripe or Square account. Customers pay by payment link, and at the counter you can take cards on Square Terminal or Clover.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. Your free account comes with 3,000 credits. When you need more, choose Pay As You Go or a plan from $49 a month. View Pricing

Can I sell products and book services at the counter?

Yes. The order terminal takes menu orders, product orders in each size and colour, and service bookings with a time and a staff member. Park a ticket, split a bill, and take card, cash or a payment link.

Can I manage memberships and billing?

Yes. Sell monthly plans, session packs and passes, and see each member’s status, next bill, what they owe and benefits left. Recurring plans can bill each period. A sign-up becomes a membership once it is paid or you approve it.
