WIIL
The WIIL connector

Run your business from Claude or ChatGPT.

Set up and run your WIIL business in plain language, from the AI app you already use. Add what you sell, check stock or ask how last month went.

Sample setup in an AI app for Juniper Day Spa. WIIL asks one question at a time: the business name, what it sells and its opening hours. It reads the answers back and asks the owner to type YES to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. The owner types YES and the workspace is created.
Set up in a conversation

Your workspace, set up in one chat.

No forms to fill in. A new WIIL account with no workspace yet can set one up right in the chat.

  1. Sign in with your email

Add the WIIL connector and sign in with a link sent to your email. New to WIIL? Give your name and you get a WIIL account.

  2. Answer one question at a time

With no workspace yet, your AI app asks the setup questions one at a time, in plain language.

  3. Check the read-back

It reads your answers back to you, so you can correct anything before you continue.

  4. Type YES to create it

Type YES to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. Only then is your workspace created.

Build your catalogs by asking

Safe by design

You decide what it can do.

The connection belongs to you. It works only in workspaces you own or administer, and team members without that access get no tools.

  • You sign in on WIIL

Connecting opens the WIIL consent page. It shows which app is asking. You approve or deny, and nothing is approved automatically.

  • Approve once

The consent page lists each permission the app asks for. Untick any you don’t want, then approve once.

  • Sensitive permissions start unticked

Deleting, refunds, exports and publishing a catalog stay off unless you tick them.

  • Capped by your role

The app can only do what your role allows. If your role loses a permission, the app loses it at once.

  • YES before big changes

Deleting, bulk changes and publishing ask you to type YES first, under the same business rules as the console.

  • Disconnect any time

See your connected apps in the console under Account → Security. Disconnect one and it stops at once.

Connect

Connected in three steps.

Add WIIL as a connector in your AI app. Connecting opens the WIIL consent page, where you sign in and choose what the app may do.
